Empower. Inspire. Transform.

Shaping Nashville’s tomorrow today through micro philanthropy

“Everything big starts small – including transformation. We combine proven business principles with giving to create exponential impact for generations to come.”

– Joe Barker, Co-Chairman

Our Legacy

The Three Of Us Foundation creates sustainable change through transformational philanthropy.

It empowers the philanthropic efforts begun by Noah Liff, Judy Liff-Barker & Joe Barker to continue to enhance their beloved city of Nashville & around the globe with three areas of focus:

• Arts & Culture
• Health & Education
• Transformational Change

Our Philosophy

Atomic generosity is our unique model of micro grants designed to spark sustainable transformation with a hand up, not a hand out.

This enlightenment developed through decades of traveling the world experiencing first hand the evidence that lasting change starts with small actions that increase exponentially over time.

Now we’re bringing atomic generosity to our Nashville community & beyond.

Our Focus

“Every grand city has a grand opera.” Like nothing else, the arts expands the mind to imagine what could be & shapes culture with beauty & harmony that transcends boundaries. We focus on expanding the transformational power of the arts to impact every member of our community.

Arts & Culture

“Health expands life, education expands purpose.” A grand city is full of grand visions, big hearts & people passionately working towards a brighter future together. We focus on humanitarian efforts that enrich quality of life, unite our different cultures & build a better tomorrow today.

Health & Education

“We’re in the transformation business.” Business success takes big vision, measurable goals & small action steps that add up. We build revenue-generating opportunities into our philanthropic efforts to kickstart a transformation engine that runs forever.

Transformational Change

All things are possible. Believe in yourself & work for your dreams, because dreams really can come true.”
