The Three Of Us Foundation™
The Three Of Us Foundation™ was established by Judith Liff Barker and Joseph N. Barker to create an entity, which will in years to come provide the resources to support the arts, music, education, the environment, and scientific innovation in the area of healthcare and the delivery of health services.
The Foundation represents the combined efforts of Judy & Joe Barker and Judy’s late husband Noah Liff – “the three of us” – to work with other philanthropic organizations to support and enhance the public’s access to the arts, music, education, and clean environment and quality healthcare – based upon philanthropy begun by Noah Liff years ago and continued by Judy and Joe today.

Areas of Interest of the Foundation:
The Foundation looks for opportunities to work with other philanthropic organizations to start new programs and enhance existing programs – especially in the areas of the arts, music, education, environment, and scientific research related to health care.
“Every great city has a grand opera.” Like nothing else, the arts expands the mind to imagine what could be & shapes culture with beauty & harmony that transcends boundaries. We focus on expanding the transformational power of the arts to impact every member of our community.
